1. If you received a text, Cape Medical Supply is ready to schedule your appointment.

2. Face to face appointments have been delayed but we are offering shipping and telehealth options to meet patient needs.

3. The Cape Medical Supply Remote Setup Program
- Patient confirms they would like to book
- Patient books a 30 minute telehealth call ~7 days out (optional)
- Cape Medical Supply sends documents, via email, for digital signing*
--> We use Docusign technology - no need to print, everything handled online
- Documents signed "digitally" and submitted back to Cape Medical Supply
- Cape Medical Supply ships your order within 24 hours of receipt of documents
- Patient receives an email containing video links and information to help get started
- A Respiratory Therapist will contact you to conduct a 30 minute training (optional)
