COVID-19 and Cape Medical Supply

Cape Medical Supply is continuing to closely monitor the situation with COVID-19 and we are writing today to update you on our operations. As a healthcare organization we closely follow the guidance of the medical and scientific communities. We believe this is an emerging and very serious situation in the United States and are acting accordingly.

The only effected services will be in person visits, which have been paused with impacted populations separately notified. We request no visits to our facilities until further notice.

We are implementing social distancing recommendations and have moved staff around, including implementing work from home solutions for many of our team members. These team members are well positioned to continue to serve you in the same fashion they always have, including processing orders, answering questions and meeting your clinical sleep therapy needs.

The Executive Office of Health and Human Services in MA has provided the following guidance to healthcare providers.

“Identify ways to limit direct person-to-person contact by leveraging technology, where appropriate."

As we are adjusting the work environment for our team, we are encouraging patients to utilize our industry leading technology platform for the most comprehensive service experience possible.
